About the role

We are looking for a Visual Designer to shape the front‑end experience of Katie, a hybrid intelligence bot that continuously learns from human interaction. Your designs will be the first point of contact for users worldwide, making complex feedback loops intuitive and visually appealing.

Key responsibilities

Design and prototype user‑interface elements for Katie’s web and mobile experiences.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI teams to ensure visual consistency and usability.
Create high‑fidelity mockups, style guides, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design for digital products.
Ability to translate abstract concepts into clear, engaging visual solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
