Visa Coordinator

About the role

The Visa Coordinator will guide clients through the complete visa application process for a variety of destinations, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients seeking visas to countries such as the UK, US, Schengen area, Greece, Canada, Thailand, and others.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on visa requirements, required documents, and application procedures for multiple destinations.
• Review and verify client documents (passports, photos, bank statements, invitation letters, etc.) for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit visa applications through embassies, consulates, and visa application centers (e.g., VFS Global, TLScontact).
• Track application status, follow up with embassies/consulates, and communicate updates to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate visa appointment dates for clients.
• Stay current with changing visa regulations, entry requirements, and embassy procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, deadlines, and client files.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide clear guidance throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with a travel agency or an IATA‑accredited company.
• Familiarity with visa application centers and consulates in Lebanon.

Required skills

• Proficiency with visa application platforms such as VFS Global and TLScontact.
