Telesales Representative (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative who will handle both inbound and outbound calls to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate is bilingual in French and English, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective customers to promote and sell company products and services.
• Accurately record purchase orders and process customer transactions.
• Generate qualified leads for the outside sales team.
• Maintain and grow customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Use company‑provided sales scripts and handle objections effectively.
• Develop deep product knowledge to recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly call‑volume and sales targets.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field (preferred).
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telesales executive.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
