Telesales Intern

About the role

The Telesage Intern will join OLX Lebanon’s outbound call campaigns, helping to engage customers, present product offerings, and capture feedback. This position provides hands‑on experience in telesales, communication, and sales operations within a fast‑moving marketplace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in outbound telesales campaigns following predefined scripts and objectives.
• Engage customers professionally, present offerings, handle objections, and record conversation outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and call results.
• Assist in basic reporting by compiling call data and contributing to performance analysis.
• Capture recurring customer insights to help improve sales messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow and operational alignment.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure clear communication with both customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administration program.
• 0‑1 years experience in a Customer Success or similar internship.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to follow structured sales scripts.
• Positive, patient attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
