Technical Support Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Assistant to join our IT team. The role is ideal for someone with basic IT and electronics knowledge who is eager to develop technical skills in a hands‑on environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical assistance to internal users.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printing machines, including solvent, eco‑solvent, DTF, and large‑format outdoor printers.
• Maintain and organize spare parts inventory for printer maintenance.
• Support routine IT tasks such as hardware setup, software installation, and network connectivity.
• Document issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures for future reference.

Required profile

• Serious, responsible, and ready to work in a technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts and electronics.
• Willingness to learn and develop advanced technical skills.
