Technical Estimator

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Estimator to join our Building Solutions team. The position is open to recent graduates in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field who are eager to apply their technical knowledge in a fast‑moving construction environment. This role will allow you to develop your estimation skills while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs) and technical specifications.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for building projects based on the provided documentation.
• Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure estimates reflect design intent and project constraints.
• Maintain clear records of assumptions, calculations and sources used in each estimate.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey estimation results to internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs and specifications.
