Technical Consultant

About the role

The Technical Consultant will work closely with banking clients to document, model, and refine business requirements, execute test plans, deliver training, and support the implementation of banking software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Model business processes according to banking industry standards.
• Navigate and configure software modules, performing functional setup and parameterization.
• Assist in product enhancements and report on improvements.
• Define, execute, and monitor functional test plans.
• Support project timelines and enforce schedule commitments.
• Conduct internal and customer training on banking product functionalities.
• Assist customers during User Acceptance Testing.
• Create user guides, functional documentation, and specifications.
• Provide pre‑sales support, product demonstrations, and technical assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking software implementation.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
