Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Chedid Capital Group, a leading global investment group in the (re)insurance sector, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team. The role will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers while upholding the Group’s compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, HR interviews, assessments, reference checks, offers and onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Ensure adherence to Talent Acquisition policies, procedures and standardized selection frameworks.
• Conduct HR interviews, provide structured feedback and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers, handle pre‑employment documentation, and support onboarding and induction activities.
• Track probation periods, coordinate follow‑ups and evaluations with managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, requisitions and documentation; support HR reporting and analytics.
• Assist in updating job descriptions, organizational charts and employer branding initiatives.
• Participate in job fairs, assessment centres and recruitment events; contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes.
• Conduct exit interviews when assigned and ensure confidential handling of recruitment data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
• Fluency in English, French and Arabic.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes and conducting interviews.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder‑management abilities.
