Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at CIS Group – ICT Company in Beirut. The role involves managing the end‑to‑end flow of goods, from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer quotations and process the related purchase orders.
• Submit purchase orders to suppliers, track confirmations and monitor delivery schedules.
• Review packing lists, validate supplier invoices and arrange pre‑shipment inspections.
• Receive and verify shipping documents, provide clear instructions to freight forwarders, and issue sales invoices.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, inspection agencies and internal departments to guarantee smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and related documentation.
• Proactively follow up on pending orders and resolve supply‑chain issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or a related area.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
