About the role

The Student Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position at CIS College in the Koura District. The role focuses on overseeing student conduct, ensuring compliance with college policies, and supporting a positive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor student behavior and adherence to institutional rules.
• Resolve conflicts and address student inquiries or concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and staff on disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with educators to identify and address academic and behavioral needs.
• Support the educational experience by providing guidance and fostering a supportive atmosphere.

• Experience or knowledge in the education sector is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field preferred.
