Structural Civil Engineer – Design & Estimation (1-2 yrs)

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Civil Engineer with 1‑2 years of design experience to join our team as a Design and Estimation Project Engineer. You will be responsible for creating precast, post‑tensioned and reinforced‑concrete floor and building solutions while working closely with clients and our factory.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of horizontal elements such as precast, prestressed, post‑tensioned and RC slabs and beams.
• Prepare detailed drawings and design documentation to high quality standards.
• Conduct cost comparisons, value‑engineering studies and select optimal structural systems.
• Calculate and estimate flooring systems for quotation purposes.
• Coordinate site activities with the factory and client, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support sales by presenting technical proposals, quotations and value‑engineered solutions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and attend trade shows.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in structural design, preferably with precast or post‑tensioned systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to perform hand calculations.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and sales support.

Required skills

• Knowledge of prestressed concrete theory.
• Proficiency with structural software: ETABS, Robot, SAFE and AutoCAD 2D.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with design codes: ACI 318, IBC and UBC.
• Ability to calculate structural elements manually.
