Structural Civil Engineer – Design & Estimation (1-2 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Structural Civil Engineer with 1‑2 years of design experience to join our design and estimation team. You will be responsible for creating precast and post‑tension floor solutions, collaborating directly with clients, and supporting the sales process with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and draft precast, prestressed, post‑tension, and reinforced‑concrete slabs and beams.
• Perform structural analysis and hand calculations for horizontal elements.
• Conduct cost comparisons and value‑engineering studies to select optimal structural systems.
• Prepare high‑quality design drawings and deliver them on schedule.
• Coordinate site activities with the factory and client teams.
• Calculate and estimate flooring systems for quotation purposes.
• Use a consultative sales approach to guide clients toward the best products.
• Develop written proposals, quotations, and follow‑up with prospects.
• Support sales staff during client visits and trade shows.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in structural design, preferably with precast or post‑tension systems.
• Strong knowledge of prestressed theory and ability to perform hand calculations.
• Familiarity with relevant codes such as ACI 318 and IBC/UBC.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
