Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

The Sourcing Coordinator will work on‑site in Beirut, supporting AZZI & OSTA’s luxury fashion collections by ensuring the timely procurement of high‑quality materials. This full‑time position bridges design, production and finance teams to keep the supply chain efficient and cost‑effective.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers that meet the brand’s quality and design standards.
• Request, compare and negotiate quotations to achieve optimal pricing and terms.
• Create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate closely with design, production and finance to align material availability with production schedules.
• Handle supplier communications, resolve quality or delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to assess supplier performance and support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration and professional supplier relationships.
• Customer‑service orientation to respond promptly to internal material requests.
• Proven procurement experience, including supplier identification, negotiation, PO management and inventory coordination.
• Project‑management capability to juggle multiple sourcing initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business, Fashion Management or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to generate basic reports and data visualisations.
