Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Omega Software develops point‑of‑sale and hospitality software for the Middle East and beyond. We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, log and track defects while collaborating closely with developers.
• Perform functional, regression, performance and API testing.
• Validate UI consistency across multiple devices and platforms.
• Utilize testing tools such as Postman for API verification.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on QA or testing experience.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing approaches.

Required skills

• Test plan and test case design.
• Bug tracking and defect management.
