Software Developer – Banking Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team in Beirut and support the bank’s software environment. You will be responsible for maintaining existing applications, developing new modules and providing technical assistance to end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design and develop queries, reports and statistics for the banking system.
• Develop and enhance software applications on the bank’s platform and PC environments.
• Provide technical support to users for issues related to the banking system and internally built applications.
• Test, implement and document new or modified modules in line with the bank’s strategy.
• Participate in departmental IT projects as requested by the Acting IT Manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Familiarity with banking or financial software environments is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• ASP.NET development using VB or C#.
• API design and integration.
• SQL Server for database queries and reporting.
• Reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL Server BI, Crystal Reports or Power BI Report Server.
• Basic knowledge of Python (optional).
• Exposure to AI agents (optional).
