Social Media Manager

About the role

Horecons is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the social media presence for multiple client brands. This client‑facing position blends high‑level planning with hands‑on execution, requiring collaboration with designers, videographers, and copywriters to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each client.
• Manage multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other platforms.
• Create, review and publish engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Lead organic and paid campaigns to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly analytics reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and emerging digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers and copywriters to produce high‑quality assets.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and timely delivery.
• Support community management and optimize campaigns based on data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong copywriting and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with excellent project and time‑management capabilities.
