Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join the logistics team at MultiLane TestProducts (MLTP). The role is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow housekeeping standards.
• Process material requests, pull parts, and perform daily inventory checks and periodic audits.
• Unload supplier shipments, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and record discrepancies.
• Store received items in designated locations and coordinate with purchasing and accounts payable to resolve receipt issues.
• Prepare outbound shipments, package items correctly, create shipping labels using UPS, FedEx, and DHL systems, and schedule pickups.
• Track shipments, confirm delivery, and investigate any issues in collaboration with the Logistics Supervisor.
• Manage shipping supplies and ensure adequate stock of packing materials.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift semi‑heavy objects and work safely in a warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Ability to create shipping labels in UPS, FedEx, and DHL platforms.
