Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer to join our team in Beirut. In this pivotal position you will lead the preparation of competitive tenders and accurate cost estimates for major engineering and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed proposals for project tenders based on client specifications.
• Develop precise cost estimates covering labor, materials, equipment and other project requirements.
• Analyze subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns or delays.
• Produce financial breakdowns, margin analysis and budget forecasts for senior management.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement and project management teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
• Develop Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) plans and arrange project insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in tendering, estimation and proposal management within the engineering or construction sector.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
