Senior Tendering & Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior professional to lead tendering and cost estimation for large‑scale engineering and construction projects in Beirut. The role combines technical analysis, risk assessment and coordination with multiple internal teams to deliver competitive and compliant proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate proposals for project tenders based on client requirements and specifications.
• Develop precise cost estimates covering labor, material, equipment and project specifications.
• Analyze pricing data, including subcontractor quotations and vendor proposals, to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cost overruns, delays, or other project risks.
• Prepare financial breakdowns, margin analysis and budget forecasts for senior management review.
• Coordinate with legal, contracts, engineering, procurement and project management teams to ensure all documents meet contractual, regulatory and client standards.
• Develop the HSE plan and arrange insurance for all projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in tendering, estimation and proposal management within the engineering or construction industry.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, decision‑making, attention to detail, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
