Senior Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Social Media & Community Manager to lead our brand presence, audience engagement, and online community growth across multiple digital platforms. The role blends content strategy, community management, and data‑driven optimisation to build strong digital communities while driving measurable growth and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media growth strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities and platform‑specific growth tactics.
• Plan and maintain content calendars, launch campaigns and oversee production of reels, short‑form videos, carousels, stories and promotional posts.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all channels.
• Build, moderate and nurture active online communities, increasing retention and participation.
• Track engagement, follower growth, reach, impressions and conversion metrics; optimise content based on analytics.
• Prepare performance reports and growth recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product teams and support influencer partnerships.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and online communities.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience engagement strategies and viral content frameworks.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
