Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of construction and real‑estate development projects for Jaber Group Real Estate in Beirut.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate all site activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, specifications and local regulations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, contracts and supervise day‑to‑day construction work.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety and workmanship.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Manage project costs, review contractor invoices, variation orders and payment certificates.
• Support procurement, tender evaluation and contractor selection.
• Serve as primary liaison between the company, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management and site supervision.
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning and contract administration.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and contractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of BOQs, tendering processes, scheduling and cost control.
• Familiarity with Lebanese construction regulations and industry best practices.
