About the role
We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead quality and scheduling for concrete prefab house projects. The role focuses on overseeing site execution, ensuring compliance with design standards, and delivering timely progress reports to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Control quality of all on‑site works, including finishing trades such as painting, tiling, gypsum board, aluminium and wood installations.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, aligning procurement and construction activities.
- Monitor weekly progress, update schedules, and communicate status reports to clients.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in finishing tasks for prefab housing projects.
- Strong background in site coordination and problem‑solving.
- Proficiency in architectural design tools and scheduling software.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Project
- Primavera (or equivalent scheduling software)
