About the role
We are a renowned architectural firm operating in Lebanon, the UAE and the United States, and we are looking for an Architect Project Manager to lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, organize and review design and building plans.
- Ensure designs comply with environmental, safety, structural, zoning and aesthetic standards.
- Determine and schedule design stages according to client requirements.
- Monitor project progress and verify compliance with plans and deadlines.
- Lead and manage other professionals involved in the project.
- Utilize CADD/BIM tools to create detailed plans.
- Coordinate with architects, designers and trade consultants (structure, MEP, FLS, traffic).
- Attend client and design team meetings and produce comprehensive reports and action lists.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience on large‑scale projects.
