Senior Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Senior Service Delivery Manager will lead an end‑to‑end supply‑chain function covering raw and packaging material (RPM) planning, production scheduling, distribution, and the transformation of supply‑chain planning processes. The role demands a strong people leader with deep operational expertise and a transformation mindset to drive efficiency, resilience and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach a multi‑functional supply‑chain team across planning, production and distribution.
• Own RPM planning to ensure material availability, cost optimisation and risk mitigation.
• Direct production planning and scheduling to meet service, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee distribution and logistics operations, maintaining optimal service levels and network efficiency.
• Drive supply‑chain planning transformation, including standardisation, digitisation and process redesign.
• Champion automation and system improvements such as ERP, APS and advanced analytics tools.
• Define, monitor and improve KPIs related to service level, inventory, cost, productivity and forecast accuracy.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, building strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 + years of progressive experience in supply‑chain management, planning or operations.
• Proven people‑management experience leading managers and professional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in RPM planning, production planning and distribution/logistics.
• Track record of leading supply‑chain automation and transformation initiatives.
