Senior Rebates Officer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Rebates Officer to oversee rebate calculations, partner commissions and revenue‑sharing processes in a fast‑paced trading environment. The role ensures financial integrity, supports strong partner relationships and drives accurate payout operations.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate, validate and process rebates, commissions and partner payouts.
• Reconcile trading volumes, revenue and commission structures across platforms.
• Monitor and analyse revenue per client, partner and product.
• Ensure data consistency between trading platforms, back‑office systems and accounting records.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance and Dealing teams on commission structures.
• Manage partner agreements and implement rebate terms.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in rebate calculations.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on rebates, commissions and profitability.
• Support automation and continuous improvement of rebate systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in rebates, commissions, revenue analysis or a similar role.
• Experience in the Forex, brokerage or fintech industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Proficiency with CRM, back‑office and trading systems.
