Senior Multi-Asset Trader

About the role

Prime Financials is seeking an experienced Senior Trader to lead multi‑asset order execution from its Beirut office. You will be responsible for delivering best‑execution outcomes across equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX and other listed and OTC instruments while adhering to client mandates and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage large, complex orders across global markets, ensuring timely and accurate trade booking.
• Monitor positions, market movements and liquidity to optimise pricing and execution quality.
• Collaborate with operations, risk and compliance teams on settlement, reconciliation and exposure limits.
• Provide market research, generate trading ideas and produce client‑focused commentary and reports.
• Mentor junior traders and contribute to continuous improvement of desk processes, systems and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a private bank, brokerage or asset‑management environment.
• Proven hands‑on execution experience across equities, fixed income, derivatives and FX.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles, position limits and best‑execution standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; CFA, FRM or relevant licences are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with trading platforms and order management systems.
• Experience using market data tools such as Bloomberg and Reuters.
• Familiarity with FIX‑based connectivity.
• Ability to analyse market data, assess liquidity and make time‑sensitive decisions.
