Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a licensed fintech startup in Beirut. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will translate the 24‑month go‑to‑market strategy into concrete campaigns, manage agencies, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agency relationships: brief creative and campaign requirements, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with media plans and seasonal calendars.
• Track and pace the marketing budget across launch, always‑on, and seasonal campaigns, identifying and addressing variances.
• Own performance reporting on key KPIs such as cost per active salary relationship, employer and consumer funnels, and second‑product adoption.
• Coordinate the seasonal campaign calendar (Launch, Christmas, Ramadan/Eid, Back to School) from planning through post‑campaign analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales on the employer/B2B proposition to keep messaging aligned.
• Work with CRM and Social teams to integrate paid, owned, and lifecycle marketing activities.
• Transform insights and performance data into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a fast‑paced or growth‑focused environment.
• Strong agency management experience.
• Proven track record managing marketing budgets and performance reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and translate data into decisions.
• Experience in FinTech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on mindset, comfortable moving between strategy, execution, and analysis.
