Senior Manager, Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

About the role

The Senior Manager – PMC leads the full lifecycle of project management consultancy services, bridging business development and delivery. You will own the preparation of high‑quality technical and financial proposals, design governance frameworks, and act as the senior escalation point for complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual PMC business plan, identify growth opportunities and new market sectors.
• Lead end‑to‑end development of technical and financial bids, from kickoff to final submission, ensuring compliance with international standards.
• Craft competitive bid strategies, win themes and analyse market intelligence to differentiate K&A’s offerings.
• Develop high‑level cost estimates, pricing models and ensure technical assumptions are reflected in financial proposals.
• Respond to post‑tender queries, prepare presentations on methodology, team structure, schedule and capabilities.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, lead business development meetings and tailor marketing collateral.
• Conduct post‑bid analysis, capture lessons learned and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee the complete PMC lifecycle, applying Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM) and rigorous cost control from design through commissioning and defects notification.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management consultancy or similar services.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to develop competitive pricing and manage profitability.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess technical and financial bid documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
