About the role

Proximie is building an intelligent operating room ecosystem that captures real‑time data and delivers predictive analytics to improve surgical outcomes. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will lead the creation and deployment of advanced ML solutions that turn multi‑modal operating‑room data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering and commercial teams to design, train and validate machine‑learning models for global hospital deployments.
• Curate, consolidate and augment audio, vision and language datasets for both retrospective analysis and prospective use.
• Develop robust mono‑ and multi‑modal models that handle heterogeneous data distributions and detect rare surgical events.
• Apply state‑of‑the‑art generative techniques to solve real‑world challenges for Proximie’s customers.
• Lead the development of intelligent systems that automatically capture key events and generate secure video records.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering machine‑learning solutions at scale in complex, safety‑critical environments.
• Strong background in handling multi‑modal data (audio, video, text) and rare‑event detection.
