About the role
HyperThink Systems is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to join its Dubai office. The role involves leading the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting.
- Communicate project status and deliverables to stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large‑scale IT projects or programs, preferably in consulting or multi‑industry environments.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate performance data and support decision‑making.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Relevant academic background in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business or related fields.
Required skills
- PMP certification
- PRINCE2 certification
