Website Maintenance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Website Maintenance Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our hospitality clients, ensuring their websites are continuously updated, secure and performing at the highest standards. The role combines client liaison, project coordination and quality assurance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding website maintenance and updates, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate with the development team to prioritize and deliver maintenance requests on time while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee implementation of updates, conduct regular website audits and ensure all changes meet client expectations.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients, offer technical support and explain maintenance processes.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non‑technical stakeholders, bridging communication gaps and resolving challenges.

Required profile

• Related experiences that will support the successful completion of listed responsibilities.
• Fluency in French and English are required.
