Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Digital Shifts is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Beirut office. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to create compelling visual solutions for both digital and print channels, shaping brand experiences for a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to translate strategic briefs into visual concepts.
• Create brand‑aligned graphics, logos, visual identities, and layout designs for websites, marketing materials, and print assets.
• Develop and maintain cohesive typography and design systems across all touchpoints.
• Prepare production‑ready files and ensure consistency throughout the design lifecycle.
• Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and contribute to internal design standards and guidelines.
• Participate in client presentations and internal reviews to guarantee high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Strong visual design capabilities with a proven portfolio covering websites, marketing campaigns, and brand systems.
• Experience in logo design, branding, and typography layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.
