Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer (Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Odoo Developer to design, develop and maintain Odoo ERP solutions for our clients in Lebanon. The role involves both backend and frontend development, creating custom modules, integrating Odoo with external systems, and ensuring the platform meets performance, security and scalability requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack Odoo applications, covering Python/PostgreSQL backend and JavaScript/XML/HTML frontend.
• Design and implement custom Odoo modules tailored to client business needs.
• Integrate Odoo with external applications, APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review, optimise and debug code to ensure performance, security and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across modules and integrations.
• Mentor junior Odoo developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, development, testing and post‑implementation support.
• Maintain technical documentation, version control and coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full‑stack Odoo development.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior developers.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high‑quality solutions on time.
