Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Union Healthcare Group, Lebanon's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare distribution company, is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to lead its budgeting cycle and drive operational expense optimization across all divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic re‑forecasting for all legal entities and divisions.
• Track monthly performance against budget, prepare variance analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce budgetary control by reviewing expenditure requests, flagging deviations, and managing budget revisions.
• Build and maintain division‑level P&L and cost‑center reporting.
• Conduct structured OpEx and overhead reviews, develop business cases for cost‑saving initiatives, and monitor savings realization.
• Act as the finance function’s ERP owner, maintaining chart of accounts, cost‑center structures, and reporting hierarchies.
• Ensure data integrity between ERP, inventory systems, and financial reports; lead ERP enhancements and automation.
• Prepare monthly management packs, KPI dashboards, and partner with division heads on budgeting and commercial decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration; professional qualification (CMA, CPA, ACCA, CFA) or Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting and controlling, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical rigor, commercial judgment and hands‑on ERP management experience.
