Senior Electrical Design Engineer – Lebanon

About the role

The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will lead the development of complex power, lighting and low‑voltage systems for construction projects. You will ensure technical accuracy, code compliance and seamless integration with other disciplines while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review detailed electrical designs, perform load calculations, short‑circuit analysis and equipment sizing.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil and architectural teams, participate in BIM clash detection and resolve technical conflicts.
• Produce electrical drawings, schematics and calculation reports, maintaining version control and organized documentation.
• Guide and mentor graduate electrical engineers, share best practices and support resource planning.
• Conduct design checks, internal reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with standards and client specifications.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in electrical design for MEP or construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of power, lighting and low‑voltage systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit MEP.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP.
• Experience using ETAP.
• Experience using DIALux.
