Senior Analyst – Bangkok (relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, experiment with search and social campaigns, and turn insights into actionable models.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on search platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on social channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, develop optimization models, and build dashboards for account managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or science) from a top university.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong numerical reasoning and intellectual curiosity.
• Proficiency in Excel.
