Senior Account Manager – Paid Media & Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who can translate client objectives into high‑performing paid media campaigns. You will own client relationships, drive strategy, and manage the end‑to‑end process from brief to results, working across diverse markets and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead client communications, including regular meetings, strategic guidance, and proactive updates.
• Translate client objectives into paid‑media strategies with clear, measurable goals.
• Oversee social‑media account management and content planning in collaboration with creative teams.
• Support campaign execution across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
• Manage media budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Deliver clear performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with media, creative, strategy, and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Stay current on platform updates, digital trends, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management, paid media, and performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering measurable digital advertising results.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Based in Beirut with occasional travel as required.
