About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic seasonal waiters and waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team in Beirut. The successful candidate will serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring a courteous, professional and efficient experience that reflects the hotel’s standards and Kempinski’s DNA values.
Key responsibilities
- Adhere strictly to all hotel policies, fire safety, hygiene regulations and HACCP standards.
- Manage and delegate tasks within the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain high quality of product and service throughout the outlet.
- Identify and act on opportunities to generate additional business in an entrepreneurial manner.
Required profile
- Education in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage service role.
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
- Passionate about food & beverage, people‑oriented, flexible, reliable, tolerant and open‑minded.
Required skills
- Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations.
