Salesforce Project Manager – Integration

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the integration of Salesforce products with legacy systems. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements, define milestones, and track progress.
• Oversee all integration initiatives between Salesforce clouds/products and legacy applications, guaranteeing data integrity and system interoperability.
• Support production incident resolution for integration‑related issues, minimizing business impact.
• Create and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation, including High‑Level Design (HLD), Low‑Level Design (LLD), API specifications, and Integration Functional Design Documents (IFDD).
• Identify risks early, devise mitigation strategies, and communicate status updates to all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in IT or integration projects, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven ability to manage production incidents and drive timely resolutions.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
