Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction while driving revenue for a manufacturing business. You will act as the primary liaison, building long‑term relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand assigned customer accounts to meet sales targets.
• Serve as the main point of contact, providing timely and effective communication.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design and production to fulfill client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback.
• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 5‑7 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in the MEA region is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to twice per month.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
