Restoration Production Manager

About the role

Join SERVPRO of Wilson County as a Restoration Production Manager and lead the delivery of high‑quality restoration services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and resources on active projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Develop project scopes, review estimates, and negotiate approvals with clients.
• Schedule crews, allocate equipment, and oversee field operations.
• Coordinate restoration services with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Document job files, control production expenses, and manage assets.
• Enforce safety and risk‑management guidelines on all job sites.
• Train, mentor, and develop production/restoration personnel.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction is preferred.
