Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order-related issues through chat, email, and phone while delivering a friendly and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or better), high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce or CRM systems.
