Real Estate Strategy Consultant

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support real‑estate, hospitality and tourism clients across the MENA region. The role involves working on strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, valuations and greenfield developments throughout the real‑estate lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in shaping and delivering strategic priorities across real estate, hospitality and tourism.
• Develop strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept development, destination and tourism strategies.
• Conduct growth and market entry analyses, valuations, transaction support and greenfield development assessments.
• Contribute to major regional projects, including acquisitions and operator selection.
• Produce high‑quality analysis and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain strong client relationships.
• Travel within the MENA region as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university with strong academic record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy‑focused real‑estate consulting, advisory or development.
• MBA from a top business school (preferred).
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or RICS (preferred).
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism with focus on strategy, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, finance or market research.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
