Quantity Surveyor Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team in Lebanon. You will manage measurement, valuation and commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency, contractual compliance and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take‑offs from drawings, specifications and contract documents.
• Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), project drawings and technical specifications.
• Verify on‑site quantities and ensure accurate measurements.
• Prepare and review subcontractor and supplier payment certificates.
• Prepare client interim payment applications and assist in final account preparation.
• Monitor project quantities against BOQ and approved budgets.
• Identify, evaluate and prepare variation orders and change requests.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budget updates and project close‑out documentation.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Procurement, Cost Control and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Experience on commercial, residential, hospitality, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC.
• Strong analytical, numerical and commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
