Quality Assurance Analyst – SharePoint & Dynamics 365

About the role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will ensure the quality, reliability, and release readiness of enterprise solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to validate complete business processes, integrations, permissions, and data behavior.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, scenarios, regression packs, and acceptance criteria for Microsoft‑based applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, negative, usability, and end‑to‑end testing across SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Validate permissions, security roles, user access, data visibility, and role‑based functionality for multiple user scenarios.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity levels; retest resolved issues and conduct regression testing.
• Support UAT activities, release validation, production‑readiness testing, and post‑release verification.
• Maintain QA documentation, testing evidence, defect reports, regression suites, and release‑readiness reports.
• Use Azure DevOps, Jira, and Postman for defect tracking, test management, API testing, and release coordination.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional QA/QC experience, preferably with Microsoft enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
• Strong hands‑on testing experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, and Power Automate workflows.
• Good understanding of Dataverse tables, business rules, security roles, permissions, and data relationships.
• Proven ability to conduct functional, regression, integration, end‑to‑end, and UAT testing.
