Project Coordinator

About the role

XEETEK is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support multiple ERP implementation projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing and closing ERP implementation projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Track progress, monitor risks, issues and action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain the PMO portfolio dashboard, update project plans and status reports.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas and take detailed minutes.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, including FRDs, change requests, RAID logs and version control.
• Act as the main liaison between clients and implementation teams, coordinating training, UAT and Go‑Live activities.
• Monitor project health indicators, escalates delays or risks, and ensure governance processes are followed.
• Support resource planning, track consultant allocations and resolve utilization conflicts.
• Maintain project data in ClickUp and Microsoft Project, keeping dashboards and trackers up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience with ERP implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic or French a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational and multitasking abilities.
