Project Coordinator

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join its Field Operations team. The role is fully remote and supports technical projects across Lebanon, Syria, or Turkey, ensuring clear communication, operational control, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and tracking of technical project activities and deliverables.
• Maintain project schedules, trackers, and operational documentation.
• Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Coordinate communication between technical teams, customers, and third‑party vendors.
• Participate in customer meetings and operational follow‑ups as needed.
• Identify risks, delays, and dependencies; escalate issues with context and proposed actions.
• Translate operational and customer requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Prepare structured reports, meeting summaries, and follow‑up documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree fully completed.
• Professional experience in project coordination, operations, technical support, or related fields.
• Exposure to technical or operational projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
