Procurement Internship – Supply Chain Experience

About the role

This 2‑month Procurement Internship offers hands‑on experience in purchasing operations across two of our facilities in Lebanon. You will support daily procurement activities, supplier management, and data reporting while rotating between the Hosrayel plant in Jbeil and our office in Sin El Fil or Dbayeh.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with brokers, follow up on orders, and manage product ordering processes including pricing and offers.
• Process purchase orders for factory expenses such as electricity, water, stationery, and spare‑part maintenance.
• Prepare aging reports and handle supplier payment workflows.
• Update forecast files and participate in forecast meetings.
• Create RFQs, collect contracts, and upload them to the Pro‑contract system.
• Gather feedback from buyers on the top 50 suppliers using Prorating.
• Identify duplicate supplier records in the Supplier Portal and compile a consolidation report.
• Compile a list of suppliers lacking a contact person for future updates.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a BBA program with a focus on supply chain management.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong research and data analysis abilities.

What we offer

• Internship duration: June and July (2 months).
• Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
