About the role

We are seeking a motivated Pricing & Customer Service Officer to join Sea Sky Services SARL in Beirut. The role focuses on generating accurate freight quotations and delivering high‑quality service to our clients across sea, air and land shipments.

Key responsibilities

Collect buying rates from carriers and agents and negotiate better terms.
Prepare and send complete quotations for sea, air, and land freight, including local charges and customs clearance.
Follow up each quotation until the client makes a decision.
Answer client inquiries, provide shipment updates, and resolve complaints.
Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure client promises are met.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing and quotations in Lebanon.
Solid knowledge of Incoterms 2020, Bill of Lading, and Air Waybill.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

Microsoft Excel

What we offer

Fixed salary plus commission.
