PMO Lead – IT Project Delivery (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned PMO Lead to drive the delivery of IT infrastructure projects for GigaKOM’s diverse client base. This remote position will oversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, ensuring consistency, accountability and high‑quality outcomes across a global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mature the company’s project management function.
• Manage, mentor and support Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Establish and enforce project delivery standards, templates, workflows and governance processes.
• Develop repeatable PMO practices that improve consistency and delivery quality.
• Support onboarding and training for new project management team members.
• Create clear expectations for project ownership, communication and client interaction.
• Coordinate resource planning, scheduling, risk management and reporting across multiple engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Track record of building repeatable processes and leading project teams.
• Ability to provide visibility across a portfolio of active engagements.
• Experience working with executive leadership, sales, engineering, field services and finance.
• Strong client‑facing delivery skills in technical environments.
